Let’s get started!

Are you looking to strengthen your arms? Well if so here are 3 easy workouts and 3 hard workouts you can do for that at home!!!

EASY WORKOUT’S!

1. Push-ups. you can do push-ups literally anywhere.

2. Pull-ups. You’re going to need a bar to do pull-ups. Anyway they’re way to easy to do.

3. Handstand hold against wall for 1, 2, or 3 minutes.

HARD WORKOUT’S!

1. Dips. To do dips put two chairs side by side with the backs facing each other. Then stand in between them and lock your arms then pull your feet off the ground. Then lower your arms into an L position and push back into a lock. Here’s a picture.

2. Handstand push-ups (can be against a wall if you want).

3. One handed push-ups/pull-ups.

Note: I recommend 5 or more of each exercise but if your looking to really strengthen your arms I recommend 15-25!
